The partnership we offer goes beyond this. It also refers to showing a reciprocal respect for each other's expertise and being able to freely discuss issues; without losing sight of the relationship between client and supplier.
Quality
Quality has many shades of meaning. It’s a distinguishing characteristic. It’s a standard of excellence. And it also refers to something of value or worth.
Each of these meanings is relevant to our brand development process. As a characteristic, we look to apply it to our clients' brands to provide them with a distinct point of difference. And as a standard it represents the integrity of our 4D process, which results in a brand that has high value and can command a premium.

There is a school of thought that says, if you can't measure it don't do it.
We didn't go to that school, but given what's at stake we do think it's important to evaluate the outcomes of brand and communication activities.
As with most evaluation exercises there are a number of touch points which can provide information about the health of the brand, its level of awareness, understanding of its positioning and clarity of the communication.
Naturally, evaluation needs to occur at various points over an extended period of time. This enables progress to be tracked and remedial action to be taken if necessary. The information we gather when conducting qualitative research during Discovery provides the baseline data for these comparative activities.

We’ve developed a proprietary web based system that tracks jobs from quoting through to invoicing. It enables the status of jobs to be tracked providing real-time information on the resources that have been deployed throughout the life of the project.
Clients can access the system, which also contains historical information, through a secure part of our website.
And for those clients who do a lot of photography, we can catalogue the photos and develop a library which can be accessed through the system.
