PFI has always been very clear about what it does. It’s been their strategy from day one – investment in industrial property. It required a report that was restrained and lacked adornment. A quick word about covers. This cover looks abstract at first glance, but the meaning becomes clear when the red shape is revealed in an aerial shot of one of PFI’s properties. The moral is; don’t give everything away on the cover, reward the reader when they discover the meaning inside the document.
